Sit straight in a chair so that your spine is straighten up like a antenna
that points into heaven .
Do not cross your legs .
Put your hands relaxed on your legs .
Close your eyes , go with your emotion into the mids of your chest next to your Heart
This location is called the Heart Energie Center ( Heart Chacra )
Say loud or in your thoughts i connect with Jesus Christ the unconditional-love
who lives in me!
Breath in by your nose saying " Jesus "
Breath out by your mouth saying " Christ "
do this till you feel some light or warmth in your Heart Center
Visualize a Golden - White Sun in Your Heart Center
control your thoughts by concentrating on your Breath because
as you start to get into your inner spiritual world there will be coming some
attacks from the darksite and it starts primely in your thoughts to destruct you to getting deeper into Meditation !
This is the only way how to control your brain and thoughts by focusing on your breath
You also have the authority to command the toughts that want to disturbe you getting intimate with your Master Jesus Christ if you
command those toughts to Stop and to get out of your Brain and Presence !
If you feel the light and warmth in your Heart is increasing let your master Jesus Christ take control over your breath
and visualize how your Heart Center is getting bigger and lighter the Golden Sun
and the whitish light getting bigger !
From there allow the light to cover your whole body and rest in this peace and light for at least 10 minutes if you like even longer you deceite how much time you want to spend with Jesus Christ your Master inner Son and Light .
Do this 7 Days best is if you chuse allways the same time and watch out sombody will come to destruct your plans to grow spiritually
because the dark site do not want you to proceed and getting lightend and
more spiritual powerful !
