MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS NR: 2

Start every Meditaion with the most Powerful Pray that connects you
and protects you when you go into your inner world !

Our Father, which art in heaven,

HOLY IS YOUR NAME . ( this is the right version of the lords Pray )

Thy kingdom come,

Thy will be done,

On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread;

And forgive us our debts,

As we forgive our debtors; ( As we forgive our debtors! )

And lead us not into temptation,

But deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,

And the power, and the glory, forever!

Position of meditation for western People !

Sit straight in a chair so that your spine is straighten up like a antenna
that points into heaven .

Do not cross your legs .

Put your hands relaxed on your legs .

Close your eyes , go with your emotion into the mids of your chest next to your Heart
This location is called the Heart Energie Center ( Heart Chacra )

Breath in by your nose saying " Jesus "
Breath out by your mouth saying " Christ "

do this till you feel some light or warmth in your Heart Center

Visualize a Golden and White Sun in Your Heart Center .

1. STEP

Now ask the Holy Spirit in Jesus name to cleans your Heart Energie Center
from all grieve , anger , hate ,disharmonie, pain, fear, sorrows and demonic installations .
do not wonder if you feel some pain because this is like a surgery and you may expierenc some pain depents on how much karma is stored in this center and needs to be cleansed by the Fire of the Holy Spirit , it will take a while propably 20 minutes till the first surgery will be completet
during this time ask the lord to make it as quick as possible and pray the Lords pray this will exellerate the surgery process and visualise the white light cleansing your heart center put
your right hand on the places where you feel the pain to transform it quicker

2. STEP

Ask The Holy Spirit to Energize this Heart Center you will feel the pain will stop and in the process of energizing you feel some vibration in the mids of your Heart Chacra stay fucused
and visualise the green light during this process pray the lords pray in yor mind .
when the pressure stops and you feel and maybe see in the spirit how beautiful shine green
and wide open your heart Chakra feels go over to

3. STEP

Ask the Holy Spirit in Jesus name or ask the Lord himself to Balance and Harmonise
Your Heart Center.
After thats done show the Lord how much Love you are willing to give Him produced by your own Heart , wait after this till he responds to you with his Love right into your Heart Center.
( i hope everyone knows how love feels  in the Heart-Center !)












Do this cleansing Heart Center surgery 7 days .
I know that this is often not very comftable but you have to get through this no other way around it ! its better you do it now with the grace and the power of Jesus Christ then later when you have no body anymore because the pain then is much more intense ( like Hell ).
